About our earrings:

Our unique leather earrings are ever so light on the ears, but heavy on the statement! These earrings will get you so many compliments, in fact, that’s the only reason why you’ll remember you are wearing them!

Every piece is lovingly designed, meticulously cut-out, hand-beaded, tooled and painted, by artist, Alecia Hennessy.  We use eco-friendly water-based leather stain, non-toxic acrylic paints, and natural wax sealant.

About our leather:

 We use top grain genuine vegetable tanned leather, artisan cork and printed leather, and upcycled leather from local leather artisans. 

Each piece is made using real leather offcuts, sourced locally and from around the globe. Utilizing waste from companies, and small businesses, that make leather fashion and accessories.

Due to the nature of leather,  shade and texture variations may exist from what you see in the listing. Each pair is made to order, so no two earrings will be alike!

We use sterling silver or 14 K gold-plated ear wires or stainless steel posts.

All earrings use hypoallergic and nickel-free materials.

All earrings come on a boutique earring card with rubber earring backs! ( Make sure to wear these back so you do not lose your earrings!)

Your earrings will come in a recycled kraft box, and compostable mailer!

I do not provide refunds on custom orders, however, it is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact me if you have any issues, and we will make things right!

Leather Care: (DO NOT GET WET)

Leather is not waterproof. While we do seal all of our earrings with a natural sealant that helps protect the paint and weather proof a bit, we do not recommend wearing your earrings in water, submerging your earrings completely may ruin them. 

If your earrings do get wet, pat dry with a towel and let dry flat naturally. Do not place near heat.

Leather, like many other natural materials is flexible and when left in a certain position for very long (especially if moisture or high humidity is present) will tend to retain that position. To care for your leather earrings, hang them up in a dry area outside the bathroom and away from water and make-up. Your leather earrings will last an incredibly long time, and leather overtime will naturally age to beautiful finishes.

Most of our earrings can be wiped clean with a damp cloth but be careful because water can discolor some of our lighter leathers.

After wearing your earrings, store them in a way that they will not be pressed on by anything causing them to bend in a way that's not desired.
